Do I really create my universe?

Yep.

More correctly, I build my perception of universe. Consciously, unconsciously. Every minute, day, year since my ability to perceive, recall, process what goes on within and without this singular existence I am living through.

And you create your universe. I don’t create yours, or you mine.

But we do touch, intersect, sometimes share elements or perceptions.

Why is this notion important to me? Why do I invite you to enter into this experiment of noticing our perceptions with me?

Because I’ve come to realize – and must strive to remember each day – that the way I see the world is not the same as the way you see the world. Each of us sees everything around us from our own unique existence.

So when I find myself thinking or saying ‘why can’t they see?’, I’m falling out of this realization. ‘They’ – you – are seeing with your eyes, your life, your heart. To expect you to see exactly as I do would be akin to asking you to please fly over here.

My intent on this blog – this journal, this story of my universe – is to share my perceptions.

You may find that they align with yours. Or are completely foreign to yours.

You may find yourself pondering how I got to this universe.

I’m writing here – today – because I feel called to write. To share. To invite others to experience my universe.

Welcome.
